Her mastery over the morning menu and desserts are undeniable, perfected over years of experience in one of the world’s leading hotel franchises. Faye’s brother, Stefan Cachia, initially shared the same culinary ambitions, but his destiny took a refreshing twist. Stefan discovered his innate knack for mixology, stirring up Bistro 77’s signature cocktails, each a work of art.
